방법 1. 게임 안에서 바로 삭제 (권장)

게임 실행 → 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제 → 한 번 더 눌러 확인
즉시 삭제되며, 이 기기의 진행도 함께 초기화됩니다.

방법 2. 게임을 지운 경우 · 메일로 요청

제목: 계정 삭제 요청
내용: 이용자 ID(게임 안 설정에 표시되는 ID) 또는 연결했던 Google Play 게임즈 표시 이름, 마지막으로 플레이한 대략의 날짜

본인 확인 뒤 10일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다. 이용자 ID를 모르면 Play 게임즈 표시 이름과 마지막 플레이 날짜로 찾아 드립니다.

삭제되는 정보

이용자 ID와 Google Play 게임즈 연결
클라우드에 저장된 진행
랭킹 기록(닉네임·최고 스테이지·전력)
우편·쿠폰 사용 기록, 게임 이용 기록

보관되는 정보

결제 영수증 정보(주문 번호·상품·결제 시각): 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년 보관 후 파기
삭제 처리 기록(이용자 ID·삭제 일시): 재요청·분쟁 확인을 위해 1년 보관 후 파기

계정을 삭제하지 않아도 마지막 접속 후 1년이 지나면 위 정보는 자동으로 파기됩니다. 자세한 내용: 개인정보처리방침

Option 1. Delete in the Game (recommended)

Open the Game → Settings › Account › Delete account → tap again to confirm
Deletion is immediate, and progress on the device is reset.

Option 2. Already uninstalled? Email us

Subject: Account deletion request
Include: your user ID (shown in the Game's Settings) or the Google Play Games display name you linked, and roughly when you last played

We verify the request and delete your data within 10 days, then reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your user ID and Google Play Games link
Progress saved in the cloud
Leaderboard records (nickname, best stage, power)
Mail and coupon records, gameplay records

What is kept

Purchase receipts (order ID, product, time): kept for 5 years as required by Korean consumer protection law, then destroyed
Deletion record (user ID and time): kept for 1 year to handle repeat requests or disputes, then destroyed

Even without a request, this data is destroyed automatically 1 year after your last visit. See the Privacy Policy.
