균열봉인! 마법소녀 개인정보처리방침

결(이하 "회사")은 모바일 게임 「균열봉인! 마법소녀」(이하 "게임")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 게임은 별도 회원가입이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 연락처를 받지 않습니다. 게임을 처음 실행하면 기기별 익명 이용자 ID가 자동으로 만들어지며, 원하는 경우 Google Play 게임즈 계정을 연결해 진행을 클라우드에 보관할 수 있습니다.

2. 보유 기간
- 이용자 ID·이용 기록·클라우드 진행·랭킹 정보: 계정 삭제 시 즉시 삭제 · 삭제하지 않은 경우 마지막 접속 후 1년이 지나면 파기
- 게임 이용 기록 표본 원본: 수집 후 90일
- 결제 영수증 정보: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년(계정을 삭제해도 보관)
- 삭제 처리 기록(이용자 ID와 삭제 일시만): 재요청·분쟁 확인을 위해 1년
- 기기 안의 게임 데이터: 앱 삭제, 게임 안 [설정 › 진행 초기화] 또는 [설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제] 시 즉시 삭제
3. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 원활한 서비스를 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다. 정보는 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로 전송됩니다.

4. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법 · 계정 삭제
- 게임 안에서 바로 삭제: [설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제] — 이용자 ID, Play 게임즈 연결, 클라우드 진행, 랭킹 기록, 우편, 이용 기록이 즉시 삭제되고 이 기기의 진행도 초기화됩니다.
- 게임을 지운 뒤 삭제 요청: kyeol.win/riftseal/delete 안내에 따라 support@kyeol.win 으로 요청하면 10일 이내에 처리합니다.
- 열람, 정정, 처리 정지도 같은 주소로 이용자 ID(게임 안 [설정]에 표시)와 함께 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 식별자는 기기 설정(Android: 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 광고)에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 알림은 게임 안 [설정 › 알림] 또는 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 삭제 요청을 받으면 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
6. 아동
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알고서 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인은 support@kyeol.win 으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

이 방침을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지와 게임 공지로 알립니다.

Kyeol ("we") operates the mobile game "Rift Seal! Magical Girls" (the "Game"). The Game has no sign-up and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. An anonymous user ID is created automatically the first time you open the Game, and you can optionally link a Google Play Games account to keep your progress in the cloud.

2. Retention
- User ID, gameplay records, cloud progress and leaderboard data: deleted immediately when you delete your account; otherwise destroyed 1 year after your last visit
- Raw gameplay event samples: 90 days
- Purchase receipt data: 5 years, as required by Korean consumer protection law (kept even after account deletion)
- Deletion record (user ID and deletion time only): 1 year, to handle repeat requests or disputes
- Game data on your device: deleted when you uninstall, use Settings › Reset Progress, or Settings › Account › Delete account

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Your rights and account deletion
- Delete in the Game: Settings › Account › Delete account — your user ID, Play Games link, cloud progress, leaderboard records, mail and gameplay records are deleted immediately, and progress on the device is reset.
- Request deletion after uninstalling: follow kyeol.win/riftseal/delete and email support@kyeol.win. We complete requests within 10 days.
- You can also ask to access, correct or stop processing your data at the same address, with the user ID shown in the Game's Settings.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- You can turn notifications off in the Game (Settings › Notifications) or in your device settings.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 14 (under 13 in the US), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Parents or guardians can request deletion at support@kyeol.win.
6. Changes
We will announce changes on this page and in the Game at least 7 days before they take effect.
